Location/time: Tahunanui by the skateboard half-pipe. 6.00 for 6.30pm. Be prepared to get wet and dress accordingly as even accidental capsizes do happen in training.
Session theme: Landing and launching from different beach types.
Specific focus: Practice getting onto and off the water from different types and steepness of beach. The time and place where a capsize, albeit into shallow water, is most likely.
