WW – Buller River – Owen to Mangles – 15 November

This popular run is a little step up from the beginner course in terms of difficulty, but it still very safe and the same basic skills from the beginner course apply. This run goes through some pretty gorges with mostly native beech forest around. The Buller is a different character being a bigger river and having faster eddy lines. This river is lake-fed, deeper, warmer and has good pools after the rapids.
