Waiau River weekend trip – rafting and kayaking

This weekend is a real treat. Starting in the remote Spenser Mountains (south of Nelson Lakes NP), through St James Station and finishes near the highway upstream of the Hanmer Springs turn off. Lovely campspots. If we get 10 people on the rafts $300pp Drive up the Rainbow Road and camp at the put in on Friday night. First in first served for the rafts. Open to all kayakers up to grade 4.
