How do I access my online membership?
Access is through the membership link, at the foot of the home page. Or through linked text on some pages under the ‘About Us’ menu.
How do I get a password to ‘Log In’? (I do or don’t have a user name)
If you are an existing club member, enter your user name or your email address (that you supplied with your last club membership form) in the “Lost Password” field. A password will be emailed to this address, it is valid for 8 hours in which time you will need to log in and change your password.
I don’t have a password, I’ve forgotten my password or my password doesn’t work?
If you are an existing club member, enter your user name or your email address (that you supplied with your last club membership form) in the “Lost Password” field. A password reset link will be emailed to this address, it is valid for 8 hours – ensure you log in and change your password within 8 hours of receiving this email (they only take a minute to come through – so you should be able to do it almost immediately, just be a little patient).

How do I renew my membership?
Log in and select the “Add/Renew subscription” menu. Memberships are available for renewal from 1st August, if you have a current membership, there will be no options for you to select until this date when your current membership expires. Once renewing your membership select your membership and newsletter preferences. Check and update your paddling profile. Family memberships – ensure you list ALL family members names AND email addresses (if they have one), when you complete your membership. This is so their individual profile can be activated and they can individually use the clubs member’s only facilities.
My Family joined the club, how do I create my individual paddling profile?
Follow the sign up process, and choose ‘I am a family member’. This will allow you to register, and we will confirm your family membership by cross referencing with the main family membership that was purchased. If things match up, we will move assign your account with an annual family member subscription. Things will match up if the family member who purchased the membership listed your name and email address as they were requested to do.
I’m trying to signup and it won’t allow the email address as an account already exists with that name?
Two possible reasons exist for this. 1. You are already signed up – recover your password, and sign in. 2. If you are a family member and you share an email address – enter your family email address and add “+1” or “+partner” or “+name” whatever you choose just before the @ symbol, e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org
Each family member that shares the same email address will need to add such a variation to make it a unique email. Emails will only go to the primary member of the club.
My family joined and I’ve completed my individual paddling profile, but it has not been activated?
Did your family member list you on their membership when they joined? If not your membership will not be activated. Your primary member will need to email email@example.com
for our records to be updated and your profile activated.
I’ve completed my sign up form and paid manually, but it says I do not have a paid up “active” account?
With manual payments we need to see the payments on our statements then our treasurer will manually activate your account. Just be a little patient for this process to happen. If it has been over a month then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
to make further enquiries.
In my membership overview, there is an option to receive club emails (which include; updates, event notifications, newsletters, etc.) If you choose unsubscribe you will receive NO emails. The default option is to receive these emails – whether you have checked the ” Club Emails – Important Club Announcements” or not. If you unsubscribe through any of the club emails that come to you this will also remove you from all club emails.
