Pool Training

  7.30 pm - 8.45 pm

The Club hires the Riverside Pool each Wed night 7.30-8.45pm for Club members & non-members alike to train & practice kayak techniques indoors in warm water.

Instruction in rolling technique is usually available from Club mentors. See website under “TRAINING” for details as to costs and requirements.

SK CLUB NIGHT
Harbour paddle leaving from Tahunanui or skills sessions subject to interest of the group each week. Followed by evening social & BBQ at Bob's just a 5 min walk from the beach.

KASK Kayak Fest 2018 – Wellington

26th annual KASK New Zealand Sea Kayaking Forum – promises to introduce you to new places, all contained in a small area.
Ngatitoa Domain, Mana, Wellington, which is located at the confluence of the Pauatahanui Inlet, Porirua Harbour and the Plimmerton Harbour. It is to be held over the weekend of 2 – 4 March 2018. There will be classes for learning new skills, polishing up on those already learned or go with a group to the nearby Mana Island reserve.
